I live in Washington state, I have had my son 100% since he was born he is now five. He has not recieved child support and has not seen the other half for a little bit over a year, and did ever once in awhile the following year. I have never let him

Alone with my son at a early age due to fact that he was hung over and just not responsible enough. We do not talk badly about my sons other half but he really does not know he is missing a father he has a great man figure in his life (Grandpa) on a everyday bases. I guess my question is what is the best way to get full custody without him getting any visitation rights and can I move out of state? I have a job oppurtunity that would relocate us. I absolutely do not want a parenting plan with him, I do not want my son in that enviorment. Would moving help? I do not want to have to ask him for permission to move or for anything, I do not even know exactly where he lives? Please help me!

You might want to get it court ordered in writing before you move.
