Your best bet is to bring this up in court. if you have a lawyer contact them. My x actually took my infant to his mothers house in a different county left her there and came back to tell me that if i went threw with the divorce i would never see her again. I contacted my local police ..then my attorney (all at midnight) they had my daughter reurned to me by 6 the next morning and he lost his fight for soul custody because it it.

I'm scared my husband is trying to take my son...
My ex and I have joint custody of our son. We have a cout appearing to finalized our divorce and child custody. He is treating me saying that he is going to seek for 50% of our son custody or more if he can. Also I really didn't know that if I had my son changed from day care that I pay I have to tell my ex. Is this is going to affect me in any ways my my custody time that I have with my son that is 72%. Please let me know what can I do or say in my hearing since I'm representing myself due to I had to cancel my lawyer due to financial hardship. I'm really scared that my ex and the person he was having an affair with and her 3 kids can have more time with my son. My hearing is on the 16th of June...let me know what I need to do.
