I need help with a verbal agreement between myself and my ex-wife over custody over my 12 year old doughter.

My doughter has been staying with me for the past month plus! I have had verbal concent from her adopted mother who is the custody holder that she is abil to stay here. She has changed bas stops for school and moved the mojarity of her stuff here. NOW her adopted mother is demanding that I returne her against my doughters will! My personal opinion is that this all has been out of conveance for the adopted mother. I really need help on what I can do to keep my doughter here and keep her happy and healthy.

You can have your visitation agreement changed by the court - they will consider your daughter's opinion since she's 12.
