I need to know about conservatorship in Mississippi.

My god daughter mother is about to go to prison and she wants me to raise her until she gets out I don't have the money to afford an attorney what should I do.

Well there is alot more that needs to be told of the reason why you were ask as a god mother to care for the child. Like where is the father,if she never married the father and the father is not down on the birth certificate then he would not have any legal rights.
