I need to know how to get temporary custody of grandkids while daughter is incarcerated. in Florida

I just received a call telling me my daughter was arrested in florida. she had two kids who i believe is with her boyfriend...i want to go get them from florida...i reside in new york....i want to make sure i legally get temporary custody so i can assure that i can register them in school and medical attention if needed.
