I want my girlfriend to move in with me and my son

(Texas Divorced 2006 - Joint custody / I have possession). I want my girlfriend to move in with my son (who is 9). Can my ex use this as a reason to fight and try to change possession of my son?

Your ex can always go back and ask for custody but I don't think that would happen. Your living with someone should not effect your having your son. You also might want to remind yourself of why you have him and not your ex wife. Not knowing why you have your son and not your ex makes it a little harder to answer. You can try talking with her and see how she feels maybe it won't bother her. If it does than I would consider the effect it could have on your son as far as the promblems it could create with the three of you.
