I want to go into the military, is it hard to get custody back from my parents?

I am a single parent and i was wanting to go into the military, i was gonna give my parents temporary custody of
my little girl to my parents, is it hard to get custody back? what would i need to do?

The recruiter can help you with this as well.

Basically everyone in the military who has children has what is called a Family Care Plan. That plan is in place for a soldier while they are in training or deployed and designates who the children will reside with while the primary parent is gone.

When you go to Basic Training and job school, the kids will be left legally in the care of your parents. As soon as you are finished, your parent's responsibility ends and they are automatically legally returned to your care.
