If a psychological test is order and the doctor recommendations the father gets custody would that happen

My daughter has brain cancer and her husband filed for divorce, they have a 18 month old daughter. They had a parneting plan that states they each have her 15 days a month. She is asking for more time with her daughter, the judge thought each of them had alot of actuionstations and ordered a psychological test, the doctor was taught by her hushand's stepfather and he is recommendating he be principle guardian. My daughters test showed she didn't answer some questions right, her short term memory is what she has lost with the cancer. Do you feel that the judge would give him custody. He has stated that he was happy like it was.
Thanks for your time

I think what the doctor is saying , is in the future , what would be best for the child , without her mother, being able to take care of her, but its up to the judge and the father, and your daughter, so let them decide whats best ,
