Did you go to court in the first place? Or did you two just agree on something? If the children live with her, you will still have to pay child support, and most of the time the father is required to carry the health ins. for the children, but if you two split uncovered medical at a certain %, then she should have to pay that same % to you for the cost of health care, if that is how you have your support set up. As far as the house, I am assuming that you had to buy her out?! and you had to have agreed to that in court, or it's not really legal (unless you have paperwork stating that) If you did agree to it, then there is really nothing you can do about that. Update your question with more info and I will try to help you some more. Good luck!
