If not divorced can one parent leave state with kids without knowledge or consent from the other parent.

Can i leave state with my kids if my wife and i aren't divorced or seperated without thier knowledge or permission....

No you cannot take the children out of state without the consent of the other parent,if you do then she can file a motion for kidnapping. You would need to file for custody and ask the court if you can take the kids out of state but the courts are really strict on not allowing either parent to remove the children from state the most that you can exspect is that the court would allow you to take the children out of state for a visit and that would only be with the consent of the mother, this applys to her as well as you.
