If the aunt who has custody of my granddaughter in mississippi decides to adopt her, does mississippi require that paternal grandparents be notified?

The maternal aunt was granted custody of our granddaughter in Louisiana. She has since moved to Mississippi. Is it possible for her to adopt our granddaughter without us being notified? We have court ordered visitation every other weekend.
