If the mother is still pregent with child but isnt caring care of herself, can the father of the child get custody?
The mother is seven months pregent and is doing drugs, isn't eating right, and is basically doing certain things to endanger the unborn childs life; she never wanted the child. The father on the other hand wants custody of the child as soon as the child is born, if he can prove that she's doing dangerous things to hurt the unborn child, can he win full custody?
