If we have joint legal and physical custody of our child is my husband still suppose to pay me child support?
We have been married for 3 years. I have numerous health problems:kidney, bladder, female and depression. My husband was aware of my physical problems when we married. He has given me no financial support for over 1 year now except for my health insurance. He wants a divorce and he wants joint legal but him have physical custody of our 2 year old daughter. He is a polic officer and is called out all hours of the night. I want physical custody of our daughter. I see my doctors and stay on top of my physical problems as well as I can. sometimes I have to go in the hospital because I get kidney stones often. I don't feel like he has the right to punish me and my daughter and keep us apart because I am sick
