Is there any such thing as Grandparent rights in State of Ohio?

I have been told that Grandparents have no rights in the State of Ohio. Does this mean if my Grandchildren are in a situation where the parent's cannot take care of and provide for them I cannot try to get some type of custody of them? Social Services has already been called on them But they were no help it seemed they only made matters worse. I thought they were supposed to help the children?

You dont have any rights in ohio , but you can file for custody of them, after they have been taken form the parents, cps, or Social Services, would rather a family member take them if you have the resorces
