Is there such an 'age' when a child can say 'no' to seeing the visiting parent in PA?

I have been divorced since my daugher was 3. She will be 14 in January. She does not want to visit her dad anymore on a regular basis. He used to get her every other weekend, but now that is every other Sat-Sun, unless he has to work, which is quite a bit. She is bored because all he does is do chores around the house and doesn't spend time with her. She doesn't want to hurt his feelings by telling him she doesn't want to come see him. I have even tried to explain to him how she feels and he says he has to get his work done. Is there a legal age when she can, herself, say she doesn't want to go anymore without legal ramifications?
