Joint custody

When a parent does not follow the joint arrangements what can you do to inforce it? also to give visitation rights with a grandparent. Also if the parent who keeps the child regularly was ordered by the court not to move the child from the county of the fathers consent and they move anyway, what can the father do about it?

In most cases, they can keep them from moving out of state, but not out of the county. Anything that the other parent does not abide by can be cause for you to file them in contempt of court where they can be fined or even face jail time. Can the grandparents have visitation in your time?

This sounds right, but where do I go to file contempt of court because the other parent does not abide by the courts decision on joint custody?

You can go to the county court that oversees your custody. Just tell them that you want to file for contempt of court (usually with the family court) and they will give you the paper work. You'll have to send the sealed copy to your ex and you should always do so as certified mail from the post office. Good luck!
