Yes she can file for full custody but when she files for the divorce you will be severed and then you will need to go to court on tnat day and don't miss it or your wife will get full custody. When you go you need to tall the judge that you want joint custody that meands that you will have to both make decitions regarding your children. Your visitations will be ordered and child support will be ordered . What you did was wrong but it is not going to stop the judge from giving you your rights as a father. If you go to court and ask for joint custody ask to have the for the three months os summer and make sure that you ask the court to allow you not to have to pay child support for those three months. That will lower your child support payments down. Remember if you don't appear in court to show the judge that you care then your wife will get what she wants. Most men make that mistake or just really have know ideal about how the system works. I am giving you good advice take it.
