Is there a problem with the new person? As far as drugs, alcohol, etc? Or is it just because your ex is with someone else?! If there is a problem with the new person that makes you concerned for your childs safty, then go back to court and get the child that way, but if it's just because you are not happy about the new person being there, there really isn't anything you can do, except be supportive, talk (nicely) about the person around your child and let your child decide for him/herself if they like the new person. It is so easy for a parent to put things in a childs head (sometimes not understanding that they are). If your child likes this person, you are going to have to except it and let it grow, there may come a day that the shoe is on the other foot, and I'm sure you would like the same respect from your ex. So if you don't have anything nice to say.............. Good luck
