Custody

I live in Kentucky .....My son's father has joint custody of him...he is moving out on his own ....Does he have to have a bedroom for my son of his own?
He said him and his friend were going to be getting the places together that he would share a room with my son and not have one for him of his own....
Does he by kentucky state law have to have a bedroom for my son?
What will happen if he doesn't?

There is know laws regarding this issue. But if he has joint custody and he has a bed for his son to sleep in when he is at his place then there is know promblem. This is not worth worring about unless there are other issues like the child not being cared for or feed or mistreated then he will be fine.
