My son is a new father ,his son is now 3 days away from being one month. he's not married to the young lady ,and not currently employed . The babies mom will not let him see his son because he does not have a job. He is looking for employment ,but have not found anything as of yet. Do she have the right to not allow him to see him because he's unemployed ..Should he seek custody ?

The mother has the right to not let the father see the child until the court grants the father visitations, inorder for this to happen the father needs to be on the childs birth certificate , if he is not then he has to take a DNA test, to prove partenty, until hat is done he has no rights, also if he is on the childs birth certificate thn he can file a motion asking the court for joint and or visitations.
