You have joint cutody,who has primary custody? The father's sister has nothing to say in regards to your child,she needs to butt out,if she continues to interfere,and your ex cannot control her,then you need to file a motion asking the court for sole custody,if your child is crying and not wanting to be at her aunts and the father lives there,or is forcing her to be there,then that is grounds for you to file a motion with the ourt. The child is in distess ad there is no reason for her to have to go though this.
