Im glad im not in your shoes , sounds like your between the hard place and the rock . if you dont have the money for child suppoert you could go to jail making things even worse than they are, maybe you should give up the rights to your kids if that will clear things up for the time being and at a later date try to get them back when things are better, some times we have to make sacrifices and take the less of to evils, nothing is for ever , things change fast in this world
this is decission you will have to make on your own

Bcuz there are other children in u'r home...they are NOT u'rs. My sons father tried the same thing and the judge told him tough. This little boy is YOUR child and you are goiing to pay for him. I bet if u talk to the place where u'r court order is being played out or even going back to court the will change u'r support order to reflect what your now making.

You'll regret it if you do. And you're still financialy liable, even if you give up the your rights, unless the other parent signs off on cancelling the Child Support order, or the kids are being adobted by a step parent.
