Who told you you couldn't get custody? Just curious. Being the father you can have joint custody or at least visitation. A lot of dads get every other weekend plus one night a week. You can ask for more if you want. As far as her behavior, it sucks but most states are no-fault, meaning courts don't care about the circumstances surrounding divorce, courts do care about the well being of the kids. If you can show in court that he's an alcoholic that will help you for sure.

Of your 2 boys I don't see why not. Most likely not full but should be able to get joint custody. Just write everything down thats going on. Any arguments, anything your sons tell you. This can help you with the custody.
