Visitation is set and she is moving to a diffrent county 30 minutes away without giving me notice.

Can she get in trouble,what can i do to keep her from taking my child?

I am not sure if she can get in trouble, is anything in agreenent about school child must atend? Hopefully she can meet you 1/2 way so you do not have to drive so far, That is what ex & I did when we moved.

Well it depends on your state laws in michigan you can move within 100 miles before you have to get permission from the courts. although it would it is usaly the standered to set up a half way point but to me 30 mins is nothing every where i go around detroit is at least 20mins

That depends on why she is moving, state laws and visitation agreenent. I live in NC and moved one hour away from my son and I see him every weekend. There not anyting that will stop me from seeing my son. It takes me 30 mins to drive to pickup food from my house.

She can move she is not doing anything wrong. The court states that a parent cannot move a child out of stae not out of the county. It is only 30 minutes away it is not going to effect your visits. So it is best to just leave it alone and try to work with her instead of against her,even if you took her to court it would not make a difference the court will not rule in your favor.
