Visitation Rights

I am the custodial Parent Father pays no Child Support Is he entitled to visitation ? we have joint custody and court ordered papers with Child Support and visitation set up. He has not paid in over a year. Do I still have to abide by the visitation part of the order if he is not abiding by his Child support obligations?

Yes you do. The visitations is also court order and even though hes not paying support he still has right to see the child. Go back to the office where you got the support and keep on them he can be held in contempt.
