What types of joint custody are there?

I now have full custody of my 4 yr old daughter. my ex-boyfriend is now threatening to fight for joint custody. What is joint custody and what can I do?

Why are you not willing to let the father of the child be a part of the child's life? Every parent has a right to develop a bond and relationship with their child. What makes you believe you are entitled to have the child more than the father?
