The mother should of filed forrelocation with the court. When the mother left the state without the consent of the father and court, the father has 96 days from the time the mother to file a motion with the court, so do not be surprized if he gets custody, what was the mother thinking, I have seen this over and over, and I can only figure they do nobelieve that the father will file charges against them, or file a motion with the court for custody, "Big Big" mistake.
