Joint legal and Residential Custody

My ex abducted our son to a foreign country. I had to go through hell and the Hague Convention to get him returned to the states. By design of the custody arrangement -by her atorney - we ended up with Joint leagal and Joint Residential Custody. Now she has recently remarried and then relocated intrastate in NJ without consent. I challenedged it and a new Judge favored the move - 70 miles away stating "there is no change circumstnces but needs change of visitation". She also awarded my ex with Primary Residence and reversed the prior Judge's order without a plenary hearing. I hire an attorney to file a Motion to Reconsider. The Judge turned it down still allowing the move and awarding primary custody without a hearing even though it has dramatically changed the visitation. Wh

You paid and atorney for that. i would check to see if there is something you can go because she is a flight risk and this allows to the chance to do it again. i would seek a different lawyer because the one you have isnt working for you
