Unless your child support paperwork has some statement in it about changing when the child turns "7", there is no such thing. If you are talking about the every 2 year check on income for the cost of living adjustments, if you go through the Child Support network, they will look into it year 2 years and make adjustments if they need to be made, if you pay by check to your ex, you can go back to court (if it has been more than 24 months from the last change, unless there was a change in the childs residence, then it can be done sooner) and have changes made, but if your income goes up, so does the amount of child support you pay. Just wondering where you heard about changing at age 7?
