The father won't be able to give the baby what it needs, the child needs to stay with the mother until it's 3 at least. They should work it out instead of splitting up.

Married Father's Rights
My friend's son' wife is pregnant. They live in Ohio. The husband wants to move to FL, he has a great job offer. The wife wants to stay in OH. Neither are working now. She has always been on welfare. The husbans wants to know when the baby is born, can he legally move to FL with the child. He wants full custody because he wants to imporve his live where the baby's mother wants to stay on welfare. The home they are living is in terrible condition and not safe.
Is it kidnapping, or illegal if the father moves with the baby?

Terrible answe. The mother is not working. lives with her parents in a house infested with rats and roaches. The father works and has a nice home. The baby living in a rat/roach infested home will be better with her mother because?????????/
