Me and other person have legal guardianship of 7 year old child and other person does not want to give her back. What do i do?
We have had guardianship of child since birth but since jan 2006 child has been staying with me and in july 2006 i was hopitalized for 3 months and i now have seizures, short term memory loss, and walk with a cane. I have continued to have child with me but in august 2008 she took child for a visit and now wants to keep her so i need to know how i can go about getting her back since we both have equal rights.
