My 9 year old daughter lives with her mother in Louisiana and I reside in Florida....

My 9 year old daughter lives with her mother in Louisiana and I reside in Florida. My ex and I never had any kind of custody agreement. In less than 2 weeks my daughter is supposed to be flying down to visit, but I have yet to hear from her mother(its been almost 2 weeks) She knows that I need to confirm flight information with her, but she will not call me back. What can I do?
