My aunt was just granted custody of my four year old cousin she is unfit, how do i go about getting custody?
I am 21 years old and i want to get custody of my 4 year old cousin. his father is in and out of jail and has no custody rights nor does the mother. my aunt was just granted custody, she is on prescribed drugs but abuses them. all she does is yell at the child and leaves him at my other aunts house which she is on street drugs and leaves him there for weeks. i feel that i can provide for the child better than her and i feel that the child has his life in danger please help.
