I don't know what the reasoning is for why he felt your daughter was in danger being with you but I do know that he can do it. He had to have told the judge something pretty bad in order for a judge to take a child away from their mother. I would talk to the lawyer and find out what was said and then do your best to try and prove him wrong. Unfortunatly, he does not have to let you see your daughter and if the judge gives him custody of your daughter for good, they might make you have supervised visitations for a little while on a temp basis. If they do that though, I would request that it be done in a center where a staff member will watch you with your daughter and then report to the judge. That can work in your favor because it happened to one of my friends and how he sees him son whenever he wants to and can bring him where ever he wants to bring him.
