My child was removed from his custodial home by dcyf, but my support is still going to the mother.is this right?

My son lives in new hampshire and i live in conn. in april of 2008 my son was removed from his mothers home in new hampshire by dcyf. since then she has been recieving my sons child support. she recieves state aide in the form of heath ins. and food stamps as well as social security. shouldn't the support follow my son and my payments should be going to the state of new hampshire? in the mean time i am trying to get custody of my son.

I am not sure how many more details i can put in this question. I guess i could add. to it.in july of 2008 we were able to put a stop to the child support going the mother and had it going to dcyf in new hampshire. but she some how 3 weeks later got child support in new hampshire to send a paper to child support in conn stating that she had custody of the child again. so once again the payments went back to her. we went to the child support office in conn and showed him written proof that the child was still in dcyf custody at this time. but they are doing nothing about it. if he doen't pay his support they will suspend his liscense or put him in jail. but she is allowed to collect the support without even having the child living in her home. there is something wrong with this. is this fraud on her part? and what can we do?
