My daughter and her boyfriend just had a babygirl, my daughter doesnot talk to us do we have the right in Pennsylvania to visition rights?

My daughter doesnot talk to her father and I because we donot approve of the poor living conditions in which she is chosing to live and raise our granddaughter in do we have any rights to be able to see our granddaughter?

if you can't get her to grant you some, you may need to go to the courts and establish visitation rights

You have only the rights that your daughter gives you. Grandparents have know legal rights. All you can do is try to stay on good terms with her so that she might allow you to see the grandchildren. She is your daughter and she has to love you even if you do not agree on how shes living you still need to see the grandchildren. if she is harming the children that would be a different story and even then you would have to get CPS involved in order to do anything.
