My daughter has had her parental rights terminated. The

Foster parents are adopting the boys, aged 4,6. I was not involved in her case at all but have not been able to see the boys because I had a 5th degree possesion conviction in 2007. I have been to jail, treatment, halfway house and now live in sober housing. I have been sober over 18 mos. I have fulfilled my probation and am being released and my felonies are being dropped to misdemeanors. Do I have any rights to pursue seeing my grandchildren or are they lost to me since my daughter's rights were terminated?
