My ex now lives in Texas and our case is in California now the DA here is asking Texas to help get him to pay what is the law in Texas. California is kind of laxed on enforsment is Texas?

Well I wish you luck in having California get Texas to work with them on child support. Texas is the worst state in working with other states to enforce child support. That is one of the main reasons that men move there to avoid having to pay. My Ex-husband moved there after our divorce and I never ever recieved a child support payment. My kids are all grown now. I would of course continue to try. I wish you luck we all know that they should enforce child support in all states.
