My ex-wife is wanting to raise my child support payments
Because her salary has dropped. I have remarried and financailly support her four year old as his father does not pay any child support. He has been to court several times before for not paying for other children, so we have not taking him to court ourselves, because even if we get a court oder for him to pay he will just quit his job anyway. Will the courts take my support of my step son into consideration? Also, Is there a minimum amount of change in payment required before the courts will hear the case?
