My exwife and I have joint custody. My exwife wants to move out of state of Michigan to Indiana. What are my rights.

My daughter is 10 that lives with her and our other daughter is 14 that lives with me fulltime. I need to know if I can take full custodianship on my little girl...just because my exwife and her husband wish to move out of state?
