My next step in trying to get child support for my three girls?
I've been divorced for 2 1/2 years I have sole physical and legal custody of one daughter which the father is not on her birthcertificate and she's been with me since the divorce. And one of the other girls have been with me for the past two years. And finaly the other one just moved with me about a month ago. These two girls, the dad has physical and legal custody of.(It's in our divorce decree)
I'm wanting to collect child support for them now because it's really hard being a single parent raising these girls ages 10,14,and 17. Who's dad recently has a D U I, got into a car accident which I was sapposed to take the 10 year old to him that day but didn't,has a drinking problem (friends at his home nightly to wee hours of the night.
Who do I call or get help

No I don't think he would fight for custody being that I do have proof that he's been unfit for the past years. And he does have a drinking problem along with females going in and out of the home. By any chance do you know what kind of paper work I need to request for? And If I'll have to pay for an attorney? (I have no money to pay and attorney, can this be done without one?)
