My sons father took me to court for vistiation but he denied it cause judge orderd drug test now father wants joint custody
He is now ordered to pay child support. he is also employed by his mother. The state ordered his mother to gernish money out his check but they did not respond. Now my son's father is taking me to court for joint custody. what should i do. He has not supported my child at all. He stated in the court order that he spend more time with my child then me cause he picks him up from school until i get off from work. But now that the state attorney called him and about child support his girlfriend left a message on my phone stateing that he wasn't going to pick him up from school. Everytime we has a diagreement he does not wont to be bothered with my child and i don't now should i have faith in the state attorney cause he is two faced. Should i fight for full custody of my child and hire me a lawer cause if he ganted joint custody then they will decrease his child support which he does not want to pay. I'm tired of this bull**** my child has been acting out in school he does drugs around him. Last year i had to get a restaining order cause he threaten to kill me.
