Non-Custodial Father Wishes to alter visitation and overall custody in the long term

I am a non-cust father in Florida. The mother has remarried and moved to Louisiana with him and they have a kid of their own. We do not have set visitation schedules set, but I want to set some now. Also, I never liked the idea of them moving, which was about a year ago. Do I have any recourse with that? Also, they may be getting relocated, possibly even out of the US, like Germany. I do not want that either, and actually, I want to try to get custody or at least shared custody. She was also placed in home-schooling, which I never knew about, nor do I like the thought of that either. I wonder what I can do to protect my rights in Florida as her biological father.

I left the ex-wife because of her mental and physical abuse, and did not want to have my daughter have to live with two parents like that. I left about 6 years ago, but she filed the divorce. I stupidly agreed to all her terms because I know Florida tends to be a maternally oriented state, but now regret not putting up more of a fight in the beginning. It has been hard to see my daughter being that they live further away and she is not overly welcoming of me. I am gay, and have been in a stable relationship for one year now. Thanks for your help!
