Custodial parent moving out of state of SC

Are there any laws in SC that restrict a parent from moving out of the state of South Carolina? If so what are these restrictions and is there a way around them?

Well if you have already got a divorce filed though the court it usally stipulates that neither parent is allowed to move the children out of state, if this is the case then you would have to file a motion to change the orignal order asking the judge that you be allowed to move.
