Ok so today the father of my ex's 15month old child today was suppose to use the bus and come pick up his son at 11.The father lives way on ther other side of the hill.It would take him more than an hour to get to where his son is by using public transportation. Well the mother's dad shows up with him(her ex) at 10:41 so he can be on time. The buses dont always come on time depending what bus you take and the father of the child didnt know the address of where his son is living. He said that he could find it himself when in fact the mother never gave him the address and also never bothered asking the mother for it in the first place. He shows up somehow on time and the mother is wondering how did the father of the child gether address when he never told him. The mother's dad and step mom are helping her ex out so he can look good in front of the judge.

Well in a custody case the court will listen to all evindence that protains to the case. It could be family friends, neighbors CPS anything. Hopefully the people that testfly in court are honest. If you know someone is lying and can prove it then you did to do so while in court.

If there is already a Court Case then you need to file what is called a MOTION TO INTERVENE, ASAP. That then means that you can be a part of the case. Otherwise you won't be heard. And you can petition the court to ESTABLISH VISITATION. akacfp@yahoo.com is my email address if you want any advice I can offer.
