I live in the state of Nevada. I want to move out of state to be close to family and provide my child with a better life.

Her father is defiantly against it. He has money and has fought this before when my child was younger. My previous attorney said I basically had no chance of getting permission. My child is 13 and wants to move also. Where should I start and do I have a good base reason for the judge to allow me to leave. I am having financial difficulties here and my family back home is willing to help me.
