Child support and visitation are two different issues, and one cannot be used against the other. If there has been a custody order put in place and a visitation order for the non-custodian parent, you have to follow that stipulation for visitations, or be found in contempt of court, also most states stipulate (not All) that if a cstodial parent or non-custodial parent wants to relocate then they have to have the consent of the other parent, and the consent of the court, so if you both agree then you can file that agreement with the court, if the other parent will not consent, then you have to file a motion asking the court to allow you to relocate.
