Mother moved out of state with my daughter, what are my rights as father?

Paternity has been established, but no legal custody or visitation schedule. Mother left the child with a friend for 2 weeks as she went to Arizona, I found out and was able to get her and kept her for a week. I didn't want to cause problems so when she came back i gave her back to the mother. Now I get a text message saying i can see her if i want to drive 22 hours, because they are no longer in Oregon. What are my rights, how can i find her, how do i go about getting visitation at the least or preferrably custody?
