IF MY HUSBAND AND i WERE TO GET DIVORCED, WOULD THE CHILDREN BE ABLE TO RESIDE WITH ME OUTSIDE OF NEVADA.

If you file for divorce you would have to have the court stipulate that it is ok for you to move other wise the court will stipulate that neither parent can move the child or children out of state. That is very imporant to tell them. That will save you the trouble down the road.
