Out of State Visitaion

I moved from Calif to Idaho over six months ago and I have sole legal and sole physical custody of my 6 year old daughter. The other parent is not paying Child Support per court order and wants to visit. Who Pays for travel expensis?
Also Can I move the case to Idaho now its ove six months?

If he wants to come see his daughter then he is responiable to pay for the trip. I would be taking him back to court for child support. As for moving the case to Idaho that depends on what is stated in the court order, sometimes it is stipulated that the justiction is to be held in the stae that it was filed in,if it does not stipulate that then yes you can have a case opened there if your a resident.
